WYC is proud to help welcome the St. John’s Ambulance Therapy Dogs to the university twice a month over the course of the school year. We welcome students, staff, and faculty to come by and de-stress with the help of our furry friends. Alcohol is a common resource that people may use to relieve stress; however, WYC encourages those to come by and say good-bye to stress with the help of petting a dog.
Below is the schedule of the Therapy Dogs for Term 1 of the 2015-16 School Year!
Students are welcome to come de-stress with the dogs. Many students say they drink to relieve stress, but this gives you an alternative! You can come learn about stress relievers and even alcohol moderation techniques. The dogs and What’s Your Cap? will be there every Wednesday to welcome you!
